This secluded chalet is located in the area called "Lost Paradise" in the district of Zarnovica. Chalet is accessible whole year round. It consisists of three floors. Lower ground-floor house wine cellar with sitting area and fireplace, and storage space. The main part of the house is entered through the terrace on upper ground-floor. Upper ground-floor consists of kitchen/diner, reception room, one bedroom, shower-room, toilet and a hallway. There are further two bedrooms on the first floor. The chalet is large enough to accommodate two families and offers great rental potential. It has been very popular with foreign tourists looking for privacy and natural beauty of the surrounding area. The house is located app. 50 km away from international airport Banska Bystrica - Sliac, 10 km away from the highway leading to the airport. There is a horse riding facility, a lake, aquapark (spa Vyhne) and 4 ski resorts within 20 km perimeter. Various restaurants, bars, shopping centers, cinemas and museums are located in towns of Zarnovica, Banska Stiavnica (UNESCO world cultural heritage site) and Partizanske. Local shops are app. 1 km away in the village Pila. Surrounding area is a natural reserve. It is an open access forest land with tourist, cycling and horse-riding tracks.
